  • What are the rental requirements?

    • Each person over the age of 18 intending to occupy the unit for more than 14 days must apply and be on the lease
    • Each Applicant with less than 5 years of rental history will require a co-signer
    • Credit Score: 680 minimum *can be supplemented with cosigner.
    • Monthly Income: 2.5x market rent

               - Three pay periods: Paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, W-2 income statements

    • Each Applicant must submit proof of identification: Driver’s license, State ID, RealID, Military ID, or US Passport
    • Persons with rental evictions on their records will not be considered. 
    • Persons with bankruptcies within the past 7 years will not be considered.
    • Persons owing money to a previous landlord will not be considered.
    • Persons with Accounts in Collections will not be considered.
  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal


    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue.
    3. Upload one or more photos of the item needing attention.
    4. Give the property manager permission to enter with their key.
    5. Click Submit Request.
  • Do you accept pets?

    Yes, we are pet friendly. We require an additional $400 security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. However, there are breed restrictions in place , see below. We allow pets up to 80 lbs. If you have an ESA or Service Animal with proper documentation, these rules do not apply.


    Breed Restrictions: 

    Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Great Dane, Mastiff, Chow Chow
